About "NADIA COMĂNECI FOUNDATION"

Nadia Comaneci Foundatation is a non-political, non-governmental and non-profit organization, initiated by the Gymnastics symbol of the Romanian and world sports Nadia Comăneci - the first gymnast ever to have reached a perfect score in an Olympic competition.

Following the model of Nadia Comaneci, winner of five Olympic medals, a leading athlete of the 20th century and one of the best gymnasts of all time, the foundation that bears her name encourages and supports performance in sports and other activities, promoting a life of perfect ten for people of all ages.

The founder and president of the NCF is Nadia Comăneci herself. The vice president and general manager is Virgil Munteanu. We were founded according to "Law No. 246 on July 18th 2005 for the approval of the Executive's Ordinance No. 26/2000 regarding the associations and foundations"
